Christian Martinez provided exceptional service and support during my purchase of an older Lexus hybrid. He gave 5 star service despite my relatively modest purchase. At the same time I was buying another car on the Maryland eastern shore, while preparing for a Xmas trip. Christian was understanding throughout this process. He was very professional and respectful. Christian is a young man who “has the sky as the limit.” Further he is a car guy and his love and knowledge of cars are evident. Thanks for helping me with my “diamond in the rough.”

It seemed that all parts needed had to be ordered. So my car was at the dealer for service a week. But my main issue is that pickup/delivery service of my vehicle along with a loaner car is not yet in the works since the pandemic. I’ve always relished this service that is part of the purchase of a luxury brand. Otherwise all fine tho I can’t wait until the renovations are complete.

Once again, I have received exceptional service from the staff at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. This is my third purchase from this dealership and again I am most pleased. Christian Martinez was my Account Manager and he went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Christian and Mercedes-Benz of West Chester! Been a customer at this dealership for many years going back to the best car salesman I have ever encountered, Tom Marinucci who is no longer there. This past weekend i inquired about finding a specific car which they did not have, but will look out for me. Received a text shortly the same afternoon there was another interesting car that just was traded and available @ $43k. Though it was a bit steep for that car so I passed on it. After a few DAYS, I looked on carguru to find the same car for $39k wow totally shocked. I reached out to the salesperson to let them know my displeasure with the price decrease with no response. Received a phone call hours later due to being “busy with other deliveries”, I was going to get a call to let me know of the price decrease I just had struck first. Reasoning behind the price decrease, “well the car didn’t need anything when put through the shop” so we lowered the price lol. Now my thought would be if the car was a one owner and needed nothing for repair on it at 51k miles, that would make the car worth what they try to retail it at. How bad do you want that car, we will do whatever it takes to sell it to you regardless. Pretty sure my business doesn’t matter to them after 10+ loyal years as a customer. Current lease we have is up in 60 days, please don’t reach out we will take it somewhere else.
